Will received his first camera at the age of 8, and started directing action movies starring his Star Wars and

He-Man action figures. Ten years later, that same love of storytelling drew him to Loyola Marymount University, where he graduated with a degree in Film, with an emphasis in Editing and Business. 

His first real-world job was on "The Real World," and he's been working successfully in unscripted programming and branded entertainment ever since. Over the past 16 years, he's Executive Produced and created several successful series for networks like Netflix, Fox, National Geographic, MTV and Spike, and has developed new series formats for everyone from the Game Show Network to the US Army. 

Will lives in Los Angeles with his incredibly patient wife and almost impossibly adorable son.
